Pokemon HeartGold owners
Hello my fellow Basilers
After six years of hiatus, I have decided to, yet again, play Pokemon.
I am 19 years of age, and I bought my very first Nintendo DS Lite couple days ago. I didn't take any interest in a DS, up until recently.
I also purchased a Pokemon SoulSilver from my local Gamestop store.
Unfortunately, they ran out of pre-owned and new copies of Pokemon HeartGold. The only reason I want to get HeartGold is because I want to capture my all-time favorite Pokemon, Growlithe.
I tried looking for Fire Red version too but the store also didn't have a copy.
I am asking you Pokemon HeartGold owners if you guys can please send me a free Growlithe.
My character's name is Young J (idk if it's necessary) and my Friend Code is 3912 5200 7892.
I will appreciate your kindness, and thank you so much in advance.

I am not even sure main boxitem stores sells DS Lite.
They don't remove Pokemon in the new games, you can get a Growlithe from the new games.
I have a feeling that you got this DS and game by other methods.
As a kid I had my gameboy advance and 3 of my games stolen, so I might be judging, but you "bought" an outdated system and an older generation game for 1 pokemon?

i bought my DS Lite for $20 and my pokemon for $25.
I dont really buy handheld consoles since I'm not a big fan of them. I just had a pokemon nostalgic moment the other day and decided to just buy the DS for the heck of it.
I gotta save up my money for some car parts.
edit: well i was going to buy HeartGold, but my local Gamestop didn't have anything left.
I just wanted to see Growlithe follow me around
