A) There's this illogical bias for Tyrant belts, which is stupid since their stats are basically equal to Gollux belts up to 6-7 stars. Most people cap just fine with 7 star tyrants, it makes much more sense to buy superior gollux. B) It's much easier to land 30-33% stat on non-class specific equips.
I agree with your price estimate, should be 1-2 B for the perfected clean belt, then another 7-10 for the potential.

8-10b ish tbh. pot is good but like the @above said people who can afford that can afford tyrant belt.
It's cheaper because

Maybe it's because of the "only want the best of the best" people who want 15 star tyrants and 30k+ stat paying ridiculous amounts for high star Tyrants, and everyone else being fooled by these inefficient cost choices.
Honestly because it's not tyrant, it's going to be so hard to sell. Like it's at the point where why would they waste 10 bil just to get that pot when they can get a 9 star tyrant instead. I'd say around 7 bil, it will sell.
damn that sucks I had some people make me very high offers and then never message me back, I guess they thought better of it

my formula is %stat times NX:meso ratio to the power of pi dvided by your characters level, times the( number of stars times successful scrolls) squared

I'd say 12b
