Ugh... I'm so stupid. Purple is the color for rare in another game I play (which is considered the 2nd tier of good, behind magic which is blue...) But yeah, they are purple epic. I'm such a dunce sometimes...
Apparently not only is 7% rare... so is two different flavors of 7%. I think it is because SW is in the top tier of potential unlike every (I could be wrong about every but at least most) eye accessory.
What! 7% is rare o.o?
