Level 175 blues
So is just repeatedly sprinting through Road to Oblivion (The last Temple of Time dungeon) the only way to get through late 174-175? Literally zero quests are given after the story quest at 174 until 176... is it just grind fest?

well i just made it to 175. dear god i'm scared. 4% and about 2mins 30secs per oblivion run if i'm focused, which im normally not. that's about two hours of constant sprinting through oblivion for this next level. and then i'll do the same for some of 176 and 177. i'm such a fool. i had the quest booster but ended up taking a break when i had only used 2 or 3 days of it. i'd be 180 by now if i hadn't taken that break ._. oh well.
personally i can clear road of regrets a little faster than oblivion consistently, so it may be better to grind there.
IF you dont get enough exp from the quests to progress in the storyline then yes it will be a grind fest until you hit the minimum EVEN numbered level for the next story line quest
