Maplestory F/p Mage 5th Job Question

So the F/p mage's 5th job skill summons fireballs
Here's the newest description, as all 5th job skills got changed.

DoT Finisher DoT Finisher: fireball duration, cooldown, damage, and attack range have been adjusted
Level 1: Consumes 500 MP. Create 15 fireballs that find enemies for 30 seconds, each dealing 415% damage 5 times. For enemies within range, summon an additional fireball for every 1 stack of DoT on them. Enemies hit by fireballs will take 203% damage every second for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 30 seconds.
Level 50: Consumes 500 MP. Create 15 fireballs that find enemies for 30 seconds, each dealing 1150% damage 5 times. For enemies within range, summon an additional fireball for every 1 stack of DoT on them. Enemies hit by fireballs will take 350% damage every second for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 30 seconds.

What I want to know is whether or not each fireball will hit a single boss if let's say that's the only monster in range.
What do you guys think?

Kinda off topic, but DAMNN, Mercede's 5th job works with Istar's Ring with a 45% chance now? ;-;

If there's only one monster in range, then yes

DoT Finisher DoT Punisher: Summon fireballs from another dimension that follow enemies. The number of fireballs summoned is proportional to the stacks of damage over time of enemies. When attacking enemies using Damage Reflect, you will not take damage. [max level: 20]
Level 1: Consumes 500 MP. Create 15 fireballs that find enemies for 30 seconds, each dealing 415% damage 5 times. For enemies within range, summon an additional fireball for every 1 stack of DoT on them. Enemies hit by multiple fireballs will take 50% reduced damage from the additional ones. Enemies hit by fireballs will take 203% damage every second for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 40 seconds.
Level 20: Consumes 500 MP. Create 15 fireballs that find enemies for 30 seconds, each dealing 700% damage 5 times. For enemies within range, summon an additional fireball for every 1 stack of DoT on them. Enemies hit by multiple fireballs will take 50% reduced damage from the additional ones. Enemies hit by fireballs will take 260% damage every second for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 40 seconds.
