P/c Windia Gallant Battle Manual - Practice
What would "Gallant Battle Manual - Practice" be worth at the moment, taking the following factors in consideration:
[*] Gallant emblems can not currently be acquired by PVP (battle grounds are closed and no sign of it re-opening anytime soon).
[*] Gallant emblems are not being dropped by monsters anymore.
[*] They DO have been farmed a lot by hackers (yet I don't see many Gallant Battle Manual's in FM atm).

They're also useless to a lot of people because they can get a better pocket item quite easily from the Evolution Lab free of cost.
