Does maplestory rounds decimals for calcs?

I calculated to have 92.96% pdr after using hyper stats. It is not 93% so it shows as 92%. I want to know if it works as 92.96% or as 92%. Because if its 92% then i wont bother using hyper stat points to be near 93% and not get that 1%. Anyone knows?

To calculate your damage it uses the exact decimal value but when visually displayed it rounds

When your pdr is red without any external pdr buffs, it means that its being rounded up to that value.

Maple floors everthing. So 92.999999 would be set as 92. But like what above said, value used is 92.999999

92.96% PDR should show up as 93%. You probably added an extra source of PDR somewhere.
Besides that, MapleStory uses exact decimals for PDR in damage calculation, but rounds for stat window display.
