Saw this while I was taking a break in sleepywood. Pretty good to know they can be scrolled and such, just in case. Kind of a waste since they expire... this is just to confirm that we can potential certain cs items like KMS. I have read a few people say it wasn't possible, guess they were just proved wrong.

Potentialling lvl 0 items won't do you much good.
yea, but that isnt too bad for a lvl 0 item, IMO. Still... could be better . Plus, CS can now help you get a boost. Not that it is much, or that it really makes a big deal..
