Ursus Glitch?
So I've been running Ursus for a few days and I noticed that my equipment potential lines do not have an effect inside Ursus' map, I've asked a few friends and some of them are affected but others aren't..
This can't be intentional right? ;/

I don't think this was mentioned in the patch notes for Ursus but...
"Power Compensation System
In order to reduce the disparity between power levels of users from level 100 to 250, the Power Compensation system will be applied. Depending on your equipped weapon's level and your total Star Force, your damage will be adjusted. Users will be able to play together with similar power levels."
I'm not too sure this is the case for GMS, but KMS has it for sure. I think you might need to chat with people who are equally as strong as you or more to get the confirmation.
