I don't think they left the keys in the CS intentionally. They originally planned the patch today so they probably would've already removed the keys during their maintenance. Since it's postponed, the keys haven't been removed.

@xkillo32: I am (somewhat) expecting a CS maintenance later.

And something like a refund for "Keys purchased on June 19, 2013."

@xkillo32: Yes, the keys still work, IF you are inside the lobby. And you can enter the Cash Shop from the lobby as well.

EDIT: You can do a RLH run IF you are already inside the lobby but all the quests are disabled.
