Question About Mihile
I was looking at some of the blogs about Mihile, and I was wondering was there an event during Mihile's release that gave out an item which could change Mihile's appearance. By changing his appearance I mean being able to look like the Gate to the Future Mihile. Or is it an NX item?

If you mean like the darker appearance of the cygnus instructors, then those are cash shop items.
