Shade

No return to Vulpes Skill?

As titled. Set aside some time to play with Shade and leveled him to 60. I noticed there isn't a skill to return to Vulpes (like Maple Return for Explorers). Did I miss it on a quest or there simply isn't a skill like that for Shade?

Side note: Never play Shade while you are depressed, it will only make you feel worse.

@tenseiga1:

You know after leveling Shade to 132 and did couple more quests something doesn't make sense here. One of his quest had Shade traveled to Phantom's hideout where that security statue recognized Shade's voice and let Shade in.

Yet when Shade went to Lion Heart Castle to retrieve the picture of him and other heroes he was nowhere to be found on that photograph.

So what gives here?

It's kind of part of his story that he should not have a return to Vulpes skill.

1) Eunwol ends up in Vulpes, befriends the villagers, and gains spirit powers.
2) He goes back to Maple World and meets with his friends, the Maple Heroes but they don't remember him.
3) He's so depressed and alone that he returns to Vulpes but when he returns, noone remembers him.
4) He returns to Maple World to finish the fight against the Black Mage. He meets up with the Maple Heroes again but once again, they don't remember him.

Every time Eunwol crosses dimensions, everyone will forget about him. So far, only the Black Mage can remember Eunwol. Afrien would also probably remember but he's dead, and Mercedes only gets a familiar feeling when she sees him.

@chaosh: Well Shade said it in one of his quest that Black Mage is the only one that remembers him and that he exists for the sole purpose of fighting the Black Mage to death. I don't even want to think about what happens after the Black Mage is defeated.

@weredoggy: Is that the official name for that dream manipulator?

*remembers Shade storyline

I really wish there is some happier ending, maybe Nexon will release some exclusive story after Commander Lucid comes out.

Considering Shade's unique storyline (I know the basic, at least), it makes sense he doesn't have a 'return to home' skill. He doesn't have a home, nor you can return to somewhere you've 'never been'.

Basically, it's part of Shade's story. You're doomed to roam the world, without a place to call home, until the Black Mage is defeated... Maybe.

the shade story line only get more sad honestly. at lvl 209 I don't have the skill and I have done all shade quests. guess we don't get one. maybe in the future when we get nerfed then revamped
