You could always pretend to have 100% crit

Another alternative is to get Crit% on your bonus (wpn) for now. Unless you're going big (legendary) and aiming for atk%or boss%

It is easy if you are determined.
It would probably take longer farming for honor medals to reset the inner ability for critical rate.

I feel it's a big waste to get just 4% critical rate on potential or nebulite. More of a waste on inner ability.
I mean come on, it's just a measly 4%.

I'd rather level the Phantom to level 210 to get another 5%.

The best way is to get the level 210 link skill for your Phantom. The easiest way is to put a %crit neb on your weapon or secondary. Emblems can only have armor nebs. Even more temporary are the % crit rate concentration potions. I do not recommend trying to get % crit on your IA, if it happens, fine, but the line is far too rare to count on circulating.

As others have suggested, % crit is a possible line on normal/bonus potential for your weapon/secondary/emblem. If you plan to cube them any time soon you might end up with a minor % crit line, in which case your problem solves itself.

Best thing to do honestly is level up your phantom to 210 if you really want the last 4% crit that bad.
I'm not sure if the 4% crit would outweigh say a 25% boss neb or 3-4% attack neb. With inner ability, it is possible to get %crit, but you'd be wasting inner ability slot just for 4% crit when you can potentially get maybe 35% buff duration or +1 attack speed (on legend) or some other useful lines.

Or... Force it with force it with a cheap 4% crit nebulite on one weapon. Don't know if you can neb the emblem like that.
But truth be told, unless you rely very heavily on min/max crit damage as a source of your power, then the 4% difference isn't huge.
I rock 95% crit, and it feels like 100% most of the time, I'm not gonna give up a 2% total damage neb on my secondary for a 5% crit neb.
Oh yeah and the ring being gone makes you lose a bit of min or max crit damage (cant remember)... I know bowman classes usually
love hitting criticals, but I don't know if its worth it.

You can get a line of critical on your emblem...
Assuming you also included the 10% crit hyper at lvl 198, I think only critical potentials exist on emblems, 2ndarys, and weapons. You could level the phantom up from 120->210. That's another 5% crit.
