in the nexon known issues, its a bug that blackhearted curse triggers monkey spirit.
you just need to wait for nexon to fix this issue.
until then, just refrain from using BHC with bosses that has DR.
If I recall correctly, Monkey Spirit isn't affected by BHC's ignore damage reflect.
So that can kill you off it triggers, and it has a chance to trigger the spirit itself off every time the aura does damage by itself.
