I was watch a vid of a lvl 130 mech training.
Using laser blast he did 16k DMG each shot, 26k critical.
He had good items HT necklace, 18 ATT wg, scar 4% dex.
Is this normal for a 140 mech...?
I'm pretty scared.

Yeah he kinda sucks lol. I could 1 hit KO them at his level. There are much stronger Mechs then me though.
What level is your Mechanic though?
His WG was 10 attack, his scar helm is +4 dex, not +4% dex, he has a 100%'ed concerto lol. My Concerto had a higher base attack clean then that one. So yeah, hes a pretty weak Mechanic.
His items are really BLEH..
