Enough to be a desless-sin?

im planning to make a dexless sin~~
ive got around 300m in cash, 3 furys, 6 crystal illibis, and around 10-13 illibis.
a 19LUK robe
lvl 17 ring, resistance ring, 2 z-rings

oh, i dont have a zhelm yet...but i can get one.
i know that not enough to be a godly one, but is it enough to be a good one?

Sell the robes now. Definitely not worth keeping. Overpriced, overrated, horrible potential. 300m is insufficient funding unless you can rack up something close to 10b or so by 120/130 to be able to go DEXless Craven/Sleve/Lampion, which is the only reason people stay DEXless. Otherwise, go low/Reg DEX for easier damage output minus the cost.
