In Taiwan MS - doesn't necessarily mean that GMS or JMS are getting the nerf.
That said, TMS DOES have a handful of broken equips, like that 100 all stat, 200 att/matt, 20% HP/MP, 30% boss, 30% PDR overall that raises damage cap of critical hits to 100m, as well as 50+ ATT/MATT accessories...

While this skin looks really awesome and all, it actually surprises me that they're nerfing Kishin in TWMS since this is the same exact region where a TON of OP gear such as LGRs, Tinkerer Belts/Shoulders, the 50 att Face Accessories, 100 att earrings, and most recently the 100m cap 200 Att armor came from. The last thing to cross my mind with TWMS is Kishin being a problem

I like the concept but if they were to go for it, I'd hope it would be all out. Change every single skill. Unicorn spike, lightning edge, ancient warding, elvish blessing, wrath of enreal, and new elemental knights! The way it's been implemented looks like a half-butt job. There is too big of a contrast between those skill animations and these new skins.

@DemoDango: Redundancy is a literature technique. Poems, songs and verses are great examples. If anything we like the lack of perfection at times; [i]Wabi-Sabi[/i].

Considering this is in the Mercedes section, pointing out Mercedes' skill covers, I have reasons to believe that the only really relevant part of this update would be that one line

Now if it were in the general section that would be a different story

Makes me want to main a Mercedes. I guess I'll ditch all my pink crud.

@DemoDango: I am Japanese and we have just as much redundancy as the English language does. We have Haikus and Utas and are just as poetric as English.

The way uni had his post layout is to show the current status of different versions hence why he would have TWMS in a bigger fonted subtitle. After the Skill icon he states:

He is merely stating that in Taiwan there was a change. He hasn't implied anything about whether it will or won't come to other versions. Having a read of the comments on the post in fact shows that the JMS players are fearing it's actually going to be implemented in JMS just as it was in TWMS.
