Why does this keep happening?
I try to sell my Permanent Nox Cherubim for 1.2b which according to the multiple prices checks I've gotten is in the Beran price range but every time i tell the price to someone who seems interested they either try to low ball me with a 100-500m offer which in my opinion is far too low or run for the hills

If you don't have a store, then it'll be nearly impossible to sell because everyone tries to lowball in the fm.
If you're not in a store, it's usually someone attempting to merch you by selling it for the actual price. If you don't have about 200m to spare for a shop, i think you should hold onto it for a bit

They are trying to buy it from you and sell it for what its really for. Dont listen to those people
