I would get the auto hp/mp pouch thingie, but all I see right now on sale for perma pet eqps are the meso magnet, Item Pouch, Item ignore pendant, and the auto buff gem.
I'm glad I bought the perma HP pouch when it was out, one of the best purchases I've made.

I think the meso magnet and item pouch being together is better.
They haven't released the meso mag and item pouch in perma besides I think once so I can't say when they'll be back.
Id buy the equips now and then get a pet later once you get more funds.
