Need help with working out So I'm 5'8 and weigh around 130 pounds (basically pinner af) and I want to start working out properly. I just tried hitting the gym recently, but I realized my arms get tired waaaaay too quickly. I can dumbell press 40's pretty efficiently for the first 1-2 sets, and then after that my arms just completely give out. Like I can't do any other exercises because my arms are so sore, even lighter weight is hard to do. This frustrates me so much because my friends are in the gym for like a good 1-2 hours, while I can barely last a good 20 minutes in the gym. What can I do to fix this? Is this normal for a beginner?
am i just misunderstanding so theres this girl that i really like, and shes actually aware of this cuz word got around and somehow she knows now. And whenever my class is over, she waits for me in front of my class so we can walk to our next class together (even if i come out really late). In real life we actually talk quite a bit and she always waits for me after classes. So me being pretty dumb decided to message her outside of school. The reality is just so sad People can be so different online. They'll see a very unattractive (Or ugly) person in real life, and because of this they'll never approach them or give them a chance to talk to them at all. But then whenever a picture of a girl with a disability or just straight out ugly is posted online, everyone says "BEAUTIFUL", and says how "looks" doesn't matter. Finding parties at Sh Why are people so mean D: I just hit 165 on my battle mage and literally nobody will party me. They'll lie saying theyre full when I can clearly see that they have less than 6 people. A couple of people just outright refuse because I'm too low leveled. How in the world am I supposed to level up to the point where I'm not too low leveled if I can't find a party in the first place -_-... So ridiculous.
