Crit rate is the most important if you actually need it.
Buff duration is also really helpful if you don't cap (and if you do.. wait until the 5th job patch) because with 50% total buff duration total including inner/mech card etc you can have burning conduit up 100% of the time. personally I went for crit rate as the main line and buff duration as the second line to achieve both of the above^
attack speed doesn't do anything for orbital flame, it only increases the cast speed of blazing extinction and your other attacks.
Boss damage is nice to have but wouldn't get it as my main line unless I didnt need crit
