@star909: i did try it with mobs when I had atk speed +1. There was no real visible changes worth keeping that line for. It doesn't look worth it when you can get other things.
Edit: However, if you were to already have something good and ALSO get the atk speed +1, that might be another matter altogether.
@pikalachu: Kinesis actually does get affected and benefits from attack speed when attacking monsters. Although it's a little bit, it would be best to get attack speed in inner ability since with it, you can hit hard cap with speed infusion or another 3rd party attack speed buff that adds 2 (+1 if you have decent speed infusion).
Kinesis doesn't really get affected by attack speed , You can achieve 100% crit easily as well. %boss is good depending on your current stats. 50% buff duration would be the best to use since they have 5-6 active buff. I personally use +1 lvl on all passive skill since 80% of our 4th job skills are passive so its a nice boost.

@strauss08: it affects psychic smash, you have to be hitting mobs for it to show however.
@quangie: you are slightly correct. Unfortunately, attack speed +1 doesn't affect the skills that matter for a kinesis: bpm and psychic smash.
I would aim for buff duration or passive skill as mentioned already.
