Incredible chaos scrolls should die
So, I logged onto my Shad today to get the scroll. Pretty confident since the other chaos scrolls I've used on my Khanjar have increased its attack. It had 3 slots and 11 atk. I use the scroll and the atk goes down to 10 atk and the luk goes up from 7 to 10. Eh, it's whatever. I decide to get it on another account and use it on my Khanjar. This is time it goes from 10 atk to 4 atk. Now I'm devastated since it has below average atk. It decreased the atk by 6! I log onto my Aran since it had a normal chaos scroll from the game board event. I use it and it fails. So now I have a 10 luk 4 atk 0 slot Khanjar with crappy epic pot. I'm going to go cry in a corner now.

I would have to buy 2 since I used another chaos scroll after the one that decreased my attack. I'm not spending 13.8k NX to regain 2 slots lol. I'd rather sell the NX and get a clean DKhanjar.

Eh, I'm poor so I just get by with what I can get. At least this will give me a reason to start saving up for a Dkhanjar.

Incredible's +-10 same as Miraculous.
Not sure why people use it on godly items, this is when you use Chaos scrolls of Goodness and not some garbage that can lower stats.

my 11 slots empress overall had 8att. Now its 0 and has like 4slots. Feel better?

Every chaos scroll that I've gotten from events has failed

I'm a Kaiser w/ 21 M.ATK on my, thanks to 3 Chaos Scrolls and that Incredible one.

i got my balloon from 7 atk to 11 atk with it
3 slots left too
For my clean empress, it lowered the stats, but not attack. I think they are rigged because my friends used it and it lowered the stats as well.
EDIT: wait never mind, people above have had successful scrolling.
i used a incrediable chaos goodness scroll with a luck day scroll and my 10atk rsp blew up with 6% dex hand made @_@
