Kaiser funding

How hard is it to fund a kaiser, i have been reading threads about kaisers and the damages that peoppe do with their stats, and i keep seeing terribly low damage output for the stats that people have. I was thinking about making a kaiser as my second main because it seems to have great dps in terms of lines it does, however i may have ti rethink it if what ive seen people making out kaiser to be is true. Its possible that im just not looking at this in the rigt manner but it just seems that even with 2m-2m kaisers do relatively lower damage amongst other classes. Id apreciate any feedback from experienced kaisers, and if it is worth giving a try. Thanks.
