Has my account been perma-banned?

I was just changing channels to find a 100% Burning HoH map when I was d/c-ed and received this message:
Your account has been blocked for hacking or illegal use of third-party programs.
This ID has been permanently blocked.
You will no longer be able to use this account.
Is there something wrong with the system? I seriously didn't do anything but cc...
And is there any way to solve this?
EDIT: Also, do you guys think that I can recover my former main? It's on a hacked account (changed email so I can't access since I don't have a Nexon Username) that I haven't been able to access for a year.

@wall: Has to be someone in every channel that his auto cc settings are on so he ends up changing channels more than three times within 30 seconds or so.

@whoamomma1: It was a weak countermeasure to botters who tried farming in populated maps with auto CC on.

This happened to one of my friends who was also doing that similarly but at Drakes
Makes me don't ever wanna train alone while CC'ing..
Their system is beyond stupid.
After complaining, they unbanned the account out of 'courtesy' Lol.
So bloody stupid how CC'ing can get you banned now? Seriously don't know what those boof heads are doing.
Just talk to their live chat. It can be solved within a day.

@vietua: let's just say I had such a bad experience, I let my friend just talk to them for me. The person my friend talked to was able to unban me after reviewing everything.
@liftconcept: Have you had any other experiences aside from that? And should there be someone I should look out for?

I've been falsely perm banned before while entering Evo World. This was before Live Chat was available and I was unbanned 3 months after sending my ticket. They gave me 25k Maple Points as compensation but yea. I would definitely try Live Chat, if you are lucky, they may unban you right away.
@vietua: It all depends be as detailed as possible and consistant with them. My experience with their live chat the person I talked too lied and wasn't very helpful. Good luck.

It pretty much says you're perm banned. Just submit a ticket and talk to live chat on the website.
