A couple noob questions
1) How many players are you allowed to add to your account?
2) Does basil not have the arcania server registered? It won't let me add any players from arcania.
3) Who do I contact regarding missing items in a database? (like a missing hairstyle in female hair page)

2. Darnit, not that problem still... Ugh. Right, time for another PM. Could you describe to me what happens when you try to add your character?

MrBasil is the only one that looks at and answers tickets, mods only do reports. If we do reply to reports, they appear as mrbot messages and we rarely respond to them aside from thank-yous.
MrBasil normally doesn't take more than a few days with tickets, but he's got other, more important commitments right now, but in the near future he should be working at normal pace again

1. I've seen at least ten on one account, but haven't ever heard of a maximum o_O For everyone else's benefit (mostly the people that have a trade with you), you should limit yourself to only a few characters.
2. It could be giving you the typical error everyone's getting when they're trying to add their players. Check the official thread for that.
