Ended up with
Legendary Whip : 10% Att / 10% All Stat / 10% Luk
Legendary Secondary : 35% PDR / 20% Boss / 9% Str
Legendary Emblem : Damage 12% / Luk 9% / Crit 9%
Unique Tyrant Cape : 6% All Stat / 9% Dex / Junk
Unique RCA Top : Str 6% / 2x Junk
Thanks for your help all Now.. considering puttng another 50-100k on for tonight.. should I try to get more of my gear to Unique, roll some of my current stuff, or roll for bonus potentials (currently all junk rares)?

Use miracle time to get your other gear to unique or legendary. You can roll for better lines if you're down to a few cubes and you don't want to tier up. Otherwise you can always get lines later when there's a cube sale
get ur weapon, secondary, emblem bonus pot to legendary. those affect ur damage the most
