Wh vs Marksman

Hey Guys,
I've been considering a change from Wild hunter to marksman, but unsure whether this transition would be greater in the long run.
(In term of End-game bossing and training). I find both classes appealing and unique in their own system but cannot make a verdict.

Essentially, Is this transition a good idea or should i stick to my Wild hunter?

I've played both classes, and both are extremely fun, with Wild Hunter being the more moving around type. My fully buffed 500k Wild Hunter did less damage than my fully buffed 350k Marksman though, so in terms of mid funding there is a difference where Marksman is stronger. But like the people said, if you're going all out with funding than Wild Hunter might be the better choice. Then again, you should try out Marksman and see if you like it first

@betaboi101: I see, So (assuming) i am going to go crazy funding, Wild hunter would outdo a Marksman, in terms of DPS,
thanks for your input and sharing your experience
@okaythen : I see, thank you for your input The hard bit is, I'm enjoying both of them simultaneously so I'm not losing interest but wondering whether which is the better option. Also, Is this true that Wild hunters are stronger than Marksman ? Or just in visual due to the lovely % att gained from WH buffs.?

@tifa : I agree with the stance and the hassle of switching secondaries. thank you for your points. I guess i am somewhat trying to crazy fund it Ahaha.
When both classes do not cap, marksmen can hit up to 400mil per hit with snipe (a one line skill). Up until a certain point of funding as the previous posters have said, the marksman will be stronger however, if you are in it for the end game, the wild hunter has more dps potential and a wild hunter's dps will be better than a marksman's.

Aside of just damage, marksmen get cut and dry pretty fast. Snipe is chunky (sluggish and only one hit) and has such a crap range of attack compared to other archer hurricane like skills. I switched from my marksman to a bowmaster because the cap of snipes damage will hinder your dps once you reach a certain level but I also became dissatisfied with the chunkiness of snipe (I used to use pierce at a point since it had more of a range just because at certain bosses, it's a pain to be near hugging them with their 1 h ko skills).

MM is a lot stronger, except if you crazy fund your WH

WH is way more fun tho imo

If you're losing interest in Wild Hunter, then go change.
Otherwise, I'd stay with WH. You'll be weaker than a Marksman but it doesn't matter when you're havin' fun.
