Location for Evan Hair
Hi everyone, Does anyone have knowledge/information in regards to which town's hair salon can do Evan hair EXP.
I've looked around and am not sure whether the list is outdated or modified.
So if anyone has recently attained Evan hair please, comment which town you got it from.

I've gotten it twice in NLC before and I think you can get it in Henesys too but I haven't tried.

Pretty sure Ariant never gave out Evan hair, if I recalled correctly, it was Kerning, NLC, and Hene.
Thanks guise, But is that list up to date or recent ?
I've been hearing rumors, that Ariant also gives Evan hair, which isn't on the list.
