Do DBs hit speed cap on their own?

I have +1 attack speed IA on my DB, is it something to keep or do I keep rolling? I have decent buff dur, so I don't know if the IA I have even does anything

Endgame-wise I prefer buff duration. I'd rather have my buffs last 40%+ longer, than to have one less buff (decent SI).

the only exception is sw dagger, u can reach hard cap with only booster+green pot

@sprinkle: Dagger is a speed of fast 5 unless you're using SW in which case it's fast 4, so no booster doesnt reach soft cap unless you're using a SW dagger.

Dual Blades hit the soft cap attack speed (2) with only their booster.

The +1 attack speed IA is worth keeping if you plan on farming and using MPE Green Potions to break the soft cap speed, and reach the hard cap attack speed (0). Decent Speed Infusion also works similarly to +1 attack speed, but you only need one or the other. Other good inner ability lines if you want to re-roll:
> Boss damage %
> Item drop rate %
> Critical chance %
