Bishops have the highest hps and highest cap damage among three adventurer mages, it's the lack of Elemental Decrease that makes them weak (or harder to fund rather).

In general, magicians enjoy the privilege of fully ignoring elemental damage reduction and higher multiplier since they tend to have much lower hps comparing to other jobs (kaisers, bowmasters, NWs). The most famous example being F/P capping with mist eruption.

@Mewtwo iirc Dorothy doesn't have elemental resistance.

Bishops have 15.68 hps at 0 attack speed. We also have a 55 mill damage cap with RI.
