Link skill glitch?
Not sure if this is only happening with phantoms (it doesnt affect my beast tamer but that's the only other level 3 link I have) but on my phantom it clearly shows level 3 link available, and on my dual blade, but on my dual blade I only receive level 2 link skill. My beast tamer's level 3 skill is applying correctly.

Probably some mishaps when merging the data, unless they're deciding on keeping it this way.
