Farming Guild Points Getting your Guild to Level 25

Large and popular guilds may have little trouble reaching high levels, but slow guilds may find the process to be slow and tedious. However, by using this one weird trick (yes, large guilds hate me) you can speed up the leveling process immensely while simultaneously creating a bonding experience for your guild members.

You need to know which bosses give contribution. From my own experience and information gathered by ultimax21 of southperry, I've put together the table below. Note that one can get a maximum of 5k contribution each day.

Table

*Pierre being absent is not a mistake; Pierre doesn't give much contribution
**Private Channels will be elaborated on more later

Column 1 indicates the contribution gained from killing the boss. You will get this contribution even if you kill it alone. Every player who is in the boss' map when the boss dies will get this contribution.
Column 2 indicates the contribution gained by having two or more guild members in the party. When a boss is killed, each partied guild member __in the channel__ (including the boss killer(s) if she/they are guild members) will gain this contribution.

For all bosses except for Normal Magnus, Hard Magnus, and Von Leon, guild members who will sit outside the boss area must be added to the party after the killers have entered into the boss maps. For Von Leon guild members can be added before or after entering the map; the Von Leon entrance doesn't check to see that all party members are in the map. For normal and hard magnus all guild members must be partied at the start since entry into the boss is a requirement. More on that later.

Note that the consequence of this system is that you should have as few killers for each boss as possible. A party of 6 all going through root abyss will get 3.3k contribution each. Two groups of 3 rotating who kills/waits outside will all get their 5k contribution.

The guild points per boss efficiency rises even further when we consider the possibility of duoing or soloing bosses. Party spots can be given to characters that are nowhere near bossing range or level. This could include link-mules that you don't plan on training or even brand new characters created solely to gain boss contribution. As a small mostly inactive guild (2-3 of us), we utilized multiple computers and guild point mules to gain a lot of our contribution. Many of our mules have over 100k contribution; our highest (level 13 da) has almost 300k contribution.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here's an example of a daily boss rotation that one killer or a group of killers can do.

czak, queen, von bon, vellum (5k)
czak, easy magnus, normal magnus (5k)
Von Leon (1k)

Note that the killer is killing bosses past the point at which he is maxed. Killers are in short supply relative to the guild point mules, so this is okay. Killing the bosses in a similar fashion to what I've shown above could potentially max 11 characters if the killer is soloing the bosses. I purposely left hard hilla and arkarium off because the average guild won't be able to deal with her, but if your guild has the range/binds then feel free to add her to that rotation as well. The weekly bosses could also be helpful for guild points but in addition to their being end-game bosses, the parties are often already set due to looting (chaos ra once it's fixed) or you simply don't want six people inside (hard magnus).

Private Channels:

There are two different private channels in this game. The first private channel is the "Region Server"; this is the private channel used when you enter Dimensional Invasion PQ, Merchant Trade Union, Easy Magnus, evolving lab, and Empress Cygnus. The second private channel is the "Indus Server"; this private channel is exclusive to Normal and Hard Magnus.

-Easy Magnus & Empress Cygnus: As stated above, these bosses are in the private channel Region Server. Players seeking to farm contribution from this boss will have to wait in another Region Server location
--Region Server Locations: Easy Magnus entrance (130+), Easy Magnus Boss (130+), Dimensional Invasion PQ (140+), Merchant Trade Union (155+), Cygnus Empress entrance (180+),Cygnus Empress boss (180+) [let me know if I'm missing any]

-Normal Magnus: Normal Magnus is located in the Indus Server, which is exclusive to Normal/Hard Magnus. The only way to farm contribution from Magnus is to have the lvl 155+ mules enter the Magnus map. Note that guild teleports will work in the Tyrant Castle Foyer; one can either guild-teleport to the Foyer and walk up to the Magnus map or guild-teleport to the Downtown Black market and used a magic door to get to a map just outside Magnus. I would suggest leaving mules at the Magnus entrance indefinitely.

This is all I can think to write about now. Please post if you have any questions, feedback, or if you see an error.

That was true when expeditions were still around. Hilla, arkarium, and von leon were bosses that we could only fill with 120+ link mules. With expeditions gone any character can get contribution from pretty much any boss. Many of our mules are lvl 1x and they have over 100k contribution from root abyss bosses and zakum.

It doesn't really matter whether you glitch the guild points or not. It depends on your guildies that wants to participate in these runs and how often you do it.
For us Flavour, we do it everyday and drag as much guildies with us. In less than 4 months, we were able to get it to level 24! Almost 25 too!

My guildies and I just do 2 czak kills a day with a group. It's short, fun, and we all can clown around. Whether the group is full of godly people or full of not-so-funded people, it's something that the whole guild can participate in.
