I don't know man, have you ever had a trans person as a good friend? When they act so much like the gender that they [wanna be] it doesn't really seem that weird, they just seem like that. At least, that's how it is with my F2M friend. But he hasn't had surgery or hormones or anything, just short hair, and acts like any other guy.
(I think I mentioned this earlier).

As long as you don't have any intention of shaming, bullying, or assaulting the person or persons alike irl it's fine to dislike the group. No rule says that you have to accept everything or everyone in the world. If you want to vent though I would suggest you keep it only where nobody can trace it back to you irl and cause a huge backlash.

One of my closest friends is a F2M (is that the correct terminology) trans but...erm...he (the pronoun he wants to be referred to as) pretty much just looks and acts like a guy, even though he hasn't got the surgeries yet. I think he's planning to whenever he can afford it, and same with the hormones.

But yeah, he's pretty cool, and when I talk to him it's the same as talking to any other guy. He thinks like a guy.

Their post is not ignorant at all. If you see it as such you should be more inclined to inform/enlighten him instead of degrading his comments on something he is unfamiliar with. You use their preferred gender, so female to male is a transgender man and male to female is a transgender woman.

@redeyed Once sex reassignment surgery is completely finished, you couldn't even tell it had happened, what you've seen is probably people going through the first few years of it, or even people crossdressing before going through it.
