Scratch to hard on karmakoin
Aight so, i emailed karmakoin and they didn't say anything. They offer no number, I LOOKED for a number, couldn't find it, went back to 7-11 and asked the dude if he could give me a new one he said no, and now i need your help. I know other people have done this! Does anyone know what else i can do to figure out the pin on the back of the karmakoin?

It's basically 8Numbers + 24Letters for each slot
No o, 0 or i, or 1
Something like this happened to me. For many months, nexon used plastic cards and I was able to scratch these cards while these cards were being washed off at my sink (in order to clear the grey debris). However, nexon decided to move to paper (i'm okay with that, except for the fact that the plastic ones and the cardboard ones look and feel exactly the same) and when I tried scratching under water, the code turned to mush.
I sent a ticket but the gm couldn't help me. thank god it was only 10k

Unfortunately there isn't an exact amount of numbers for Karma Koins. They can have as little as 1 and as many as around 9 (or more possibly) numbers. Well if you take out the letters and numbers are that are clearly visible in the picture, there are 10 letters/numbers missing.
What the f..? What did you use to scratch it with? Sandpaper?

The hell are you people scratching with--butcher knives or something? There is no way this should happen if you scratch it normally and lightly with a small coin.

I lost the recipe, but i used my CC to buy the nx card. Do you think that will work to validate my purchase? I can print out the transaction also.

i used the top of a lighter.
Does anyone want it? I took a picture of it with my iphone before i effed it up real bad. Lost the recipte just realized it. If i cant get a way to figure it out ill post the code on basil and someone can try and guess it. Btw I used my credit card, can i somehow use this to get them to idk like use it for proof or can i somehow cancel a transaction or something? 3 people tried to figure it out its pretty bad maybe 6 letters. or so
Looks like somebody got too excited to use his NX. You can guess what it is. I mean if you already peeled off the print what else can you do.
you can send in a ticket to nexon if you provide a scan of the receipt and the Karma coin card, they should credit your account(done it once or twice)
With the info on the receipt and the card they are able to check if the card was used yet or not.
This happened to me before, I just drove back to the store and the guy gave me a new card :o
Did you check your receipt? I don't know if 7-11 does this but some stores have the code on the receipt.
I don't think there's much you can do if you can't figure out the code. Just try to figure out the majority of the code and try to work with it.
@Azndavid210: Technically they've already provided him with the service they promised. Because he scratched the code off, they aren't liable for the product after that. It's the sad, but harsh reality.
How many did you scratch off?
guess all the possible combinations for hours. it doesn't require rough scratching to reveal the code. better luck next time.
