Got banned while I was doing waterwars
How do I access live chat? I can't seem to find it? I submitted a ticket but **** tickets. I can't find the live chat link.
Edit: Wow they answered the ticket in like 2 hours, maybe there is hope in Nexon afterall

@xtagg: If you logged in from the Homepage > Support/Customer Support > Sign In (for Support you have to Sign In even though you logged in before) > Live Chat window will appear at bottom right.
If you didn't login > Support/Customer Support > Sign In > Live Chat window will appear at the bottom right.

@misusing: Thanks for the reply but there was not a pop up on my browser, I just got the generic FAQ links
Hover over Support on the front page and click Customer Support. Sign In with your Account on the Top Right and then a little pop-up box will appear on the bottom right of your browser.
Regular Chat hours:
Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM PST
Ban Appeals, Suspension Appeals, Rank Appeals Chat hours:
Tuesday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
Holiday Hours: On holidays the hours may be shortened and/or some chat options may not be available.
