Receiving an unexpected gift so my neighbor gave me a gift today for no reason, or at least she didn't give me a reason. She comes over often to my apartment/i go to hers since we're in the same program, help each other out with assignments/studying, etc. I told her last week that my earbuds broke and today, she bought me a new pair. They were like $50-60 and i don't mind getting her something in return. She's always been a nice/kind person but this just seemed out of a blue/surprised me (obviously). Life long friendships +Living this is pretty cool, makes me value my friendships even more. I have this circle of friends that i met when i was 7 and we've been friends ever since, i'm thinking of asking them come over during winter break and we'll take a photo like this, maybe we even have a photo of us when we were kids but man, can't believe i've known these guys for over a decade now (no, not the people in the photo above^ lol, in case that wasn't clear). sleeping problems is anyone else like this? When i wake up, i can't fall back asleep, i just roll around in bed until i need to get up. I'm presuming that all the thinking i've been doing recently has taken a toll on my mind which makes me wake up earlier than i would like (6am on the day i get to sleep in) but all these issues aren't going to go away anytime soon so i guess i just deal with 3-4 hours of sleep daily (nap throughout the day i guess) or i go see a doctor or something but i rather not take sleeping pills because i've heard those have some pretty bad consequences.

bad movie experiences so yesterday, i went to watch the amazing spider man 2 with a couple friends and it was probably the worst movie experience of my life. No, not because the movie sucked, which a lot of you think, but i actually enjoyed it. Not saying it's the best movie ever, but i would say like a 6 or 7/10, which isn't all too high, but it's decent. tl;dr at the bottom Anyway, lets begin the story. The movie, non 3D, started at 8pm so we got there around 7pm. Us being idiots, and frequent movie go-ers thought that'd be enough time to get tickets and decent seats on Tuesday, which is always 50% off where i live. Should i let my mom buy a new house? i use let very loosely because it's her money and her decision but she wants my approval/opinion before she makes the purchase. She'll have to sell the current house + get a $200k loan from the bank to be able to afford the new home. We currently live in a nice neighborhood, in a 3 story house, albeit, a town house, so it's not that big in terms of area covered. I'm paying for my own tuition/living expenses so she doesn't need to worry about paying for my stuff any more, and she's been wanting to move to a new home for a while now. Longest period of time youve slept for? think mine is like 14 hours, this was after 3 straight nights of 1-3 hours of sleep during finals
Anyone else hate group projects? especially when your group members are lazy/dumb and either refuse to do their part/do it poorly so if you want a decent grade, you basically have to do their part Now i guess if you're a slacker, you probably love group projects.
