My Prom Date
So the girl who I've been working up the courage to ask to Prom for the past long time just texted me tonight and asked me.
That's right. This is the stuff miracles are made of.
I mean, I guess I'll never get to ask her in person now, but I'm really not complaining.

A girl I talked to and liked asked me to a formal event too. n_n
We ended up ditching it, going to my place, and watching a movie haha
And now we are no longer anything.
You're a wuss =.= Be happy that you're going but stop being so insecure and doubtful and just do it next time something like this happens >.>

We aren't even close to that stage right now, but I'm thinking this could kinda set the wheels in motion. She just broke up with her boyfriend about 2 months ago, and it was a rough break-up, so she wanted to go to prom as friends. Obviously, I said yes. We've been close to dating in the past, and have really progressed as close friends, and it's one of those situations that's just weird enough that it could work.
If not, I've made one heck of a friend in the process.
@Annikasnewby: I'd love to post a picture and brag right now, I really would. I'm not gonna, just cause that's completely disrespectful to her. She's a good looking girl, and I'll leave it at that.

A senior at my school asked her BF, who was a junior, to senior ball during a dance performance and the next week he asked her through
a musical serenade.
