+1 level reverse equips
I was wondering if I have a reverse equip that leveled and gained the ''+1 level to ___" stat, will I be able to have level 31 (30+1)? Like how CO can go to lv 32(30+2)

Let's say you haven't used a mastery book yet. So your max would be level 10, but with a book it would be 20. Would the equip get the skill to level 11 even though you haven't used a mastery book yet?
I have +1 boomerang step on my Pescas. But I don't have that skill.
That's stupid. Doesn't Nexon realize that we're going to want to max out the main skills ?

i have +1 beholder on my spear and it doesnt make it 11 it just means that i only need 9 points in beholder for it to be at 10
I have +1 boomerang step on a pescas, it doesn't raise over max. Raising over max applies to CO and CO only.
