Yeah, I decided to go back to phantom atm I'm trying to either trade my claw and 2ndary for a good cane and card, or just sell it :o

I would sell it and try to find a primed cane. I think the claw is worth more anyways.

Play what you think is most fun.
phantoms are capable of killing dorothy so you wont be missing out by switching.
I personally hated phantom which was my first class coming back to this game
and switched to mages despite mages lesser potential in regards to bossing

Assuming your claws a faf and primed, it could probably be efficient enough to be traded for a perfected cane (or sold for a good amount). Psok only things that're unique up or expensive to acquire (Finished gollux, tyrants, CRA unique+). For epic CRA, it'd be easier to just buy clean ones and epic em.

Phantom was my second main and I had no regrets throughout playing it. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm already maining two chars (Xenon and Pally), I would have went back to it. In the end every class has the potential to be strong, it's just a matter of which class you like and stick to.

Well damage isn't everything. My Demon Avenger at one point was much stronger than Phantom. However, I found Phantom to be much more fun and therefore ultimately funded my Phantom and it eventually got stronger than my DA. I just like the play style of Phantom. Go for your most favorite class. No point in sticking with a less fun class. The game is more about having fun than damage. There is always going to be someone that out damage you somewhere. All classes generally get weak or strong too, depending on buffs and nerfs. It's not that I don't find NW boring, I just loved Phantom haha I love the playstyle of phantoms, but I know I won't be able to do what I can do on my NW if I switched with my current gear.

Yeah phantoms were fun, although I dislike the changes they made to buff durations (maple's buffs are short as is compared to other mmos). If you find it fun and don't mind the damage, then I see no reason not to play it, especially if you're finding NW boring. I personally enjoy the NW playstyle, as it's pretty similar to old hermits/night lords which was my original main, but I know some people just really don't like it. The whole point of playing games is to have fun, so why play a class you're bored of?

I loved phantom, I still do and it's easily my favorite class still haha, Story was awesome, love having your own personal ship xD I don't care about the damage at all, Mille is a great skill imo :o

Don't play a class just because it's strong. Everyone gave me so much crap for switching back to NL from NW but I hated the playstyle, and I feel better even though I lost so much damage.
