I managed to click on him with the mouse. seems to be a very small area on his left side around his mustache/chin/that stick that swings around. kinda gotta move in slowly from the left and click fast.

@yawnnzzzz I had this incident before too. I kept trying, probably ended up working with NPC Chat. I don't remember. But I did get it to work.

Edit: I think the way I did it was: stand on some distance and press the NPC Chat button, keep walking a bit closer till it works.

@yawnnzzzz: it something in setting i think something called configeration where you can change npc chat to any key

@meiguihua: I don't it makes a difference on where my NPC chat hotkey is, but I'll just give it a try
