Inner Ability Myth broken, only cost me a used car

I bought $500 worth of miracle circulators today and came across this after i spent about $480 or so.
I've used so much money on these that it's just beyond stupid.
This is my first time ever seeing a unique line on the 2nd column.
Just goes to show how pathetically p2w this game actually is.
I'm gonna have to nolife honor exp farm till i turn 80 years old o.o before i see +1attack speed now sigh.

Not asking for pity, my reason for making the thread was debunking the common myth that you could only attain rare/epic lines on 2nd/3rd columns.

Yup, I believe I did 200ish resets after legendary and got 50% buff/17%crit on 2nd line.
Luckily all the reset come from honor that I loot each day... =p
I have a epic IA and it does me more than justice.

I haven't even hit Unique in awhile, I'm currently epic. I've used over 500-600 of those pink circulator things prior to removal [I was about level 78 or so honor, before they changed it] and upon collecting 3m honor and using it, then using another 200k-ish I have never seen Legendary. I'm very unlucky.

You got a spending problem..

All I wanted was 25%+ drop rate. Instead got Attack Speed +1 with about 15 remaining circulators and kept it.
