Someone is using my character for their basil Id wat da hail
i've been submitting a ticket every single day for the past 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me yet

@yearn You need to submit the proper evidence or it's likely the ticket won't be acted upon.
Go into the game on that character (the one that was stolen) and take a screenshot of the character saying "Hi Basilmarket, this is yearn", with the character's name clearly visible.
That will prove the character actually belongs to you.
Then upload the screenshot to a picture hosting site, then open a new ticket and use the "Other" subject line (NOT the "I can't add my player" line..! ).
Explain the problem in the text box and paste the URL for the screenshot from the picture hosting site as evidence.
Also paste the link to the Basil ID that has your character on their account.
All of this will let Mr. Basil check it out and take the appropriate action.
