To anyone planning on making a beast tamer for their re-release, hopefully they are fixed. Otherwise you'll be left with a class that still doesn't function all the way.

golden card on cat mode doesn't buff party members
@eonangel: Its a beast tamer thing, all beast tamers had that unbearable lag. I'm hoping most of these are fixed though, I've been waiting a year I feel like they fix some problems and add more. Nice pokemon joke
@yiffyfurry Cool, thank you so much for the info~ ^_^ I think I will try one out during the upcoming patch and hopefully, as you said, most bugs will be fixed by then.
For the lag, have you tried turning the Remote Effects button off under System > System Options? I don't think it does anything to your attacks, only to others', but still worth a try if you're lagging. I find that I can only last 5-10 minutes in the game if I have it turned on. I play with low graphics and effects to minimize lag and crashes as well. I think Maple started frequently crashing around the start of the Reboot or Kinesis patch; glad a friend told me about Remote Effects.
Beast Tamer used Majestic Trumpet but nothing happened. XD
I like playing the class, idc of any bugs here and there.
Meh. Despite the class' problems, I still play mine just fine.
@eonangel: No, they are not useless, they are actually a fun class. Well, here is what i come across on a daily basis bug wise: The bear's skill majestic trumpet Doesn't work sometimes. I'll go to use it on some mobs or bosses and it'll activate the cool down but not work. I've had it happen to bear assault too, but they might have fixed it.
For cat, sometimes meow card and meow heal won't affect party members. Also, sometimes i'll use meow card and it will cause my player to get stuck forcing me to relog. It doesn't happen a lot, but it can happen. My character will also get stuck when a party member revives me. It'll bug me out to where i can't attack.
One of the most annoying ones is that beast tamers get major lag spikes when attacking a big group of mobs. It's not as bad as it used to be, but still annoying. Another annoying thing is that beast tamers can't get echo of hero. Not serious or anything but disappointing.
I'm sure i overlooked a few bugs here and there but those are the ones i come across a lot.
I would still say go ahead and make one just because they are fun and who knows, maybe they fixed a lot of those problems.
