I'm kinda confused about how to add a picture for my characters. I've looking up method to do it, but all of them are really confusing for me. Any tips or links for adding pictures?

Sometimes it's something very minor which causes it to fail @sescendra
I found that it needs to be positioned nearly perfectly in the middle

@sescendra: Do you have an image or list of clothes/character styles you want? Can't really make an avatar off of scratch.
Would anyone be willing to make an avatar for me? I don't have photoshop or any knowledge of how to do transparent backgrounds and whatnot

@readers: Rankings are still broken and have been broken for months now. So you can't do that way anymore. No clue how you can do it now.
There's a guide about making basil avatars from maple from @beefly
You go to the MapleStory rankings on the MapleStory website, search up your character and take the image of your character from there (right-click it and save it).
