asus gtx 660 sli (1070 sooner or later)
24gb gskill Ram
Asrock extreme 6 z77 Mobo
samsung 850 256gb ssd

3x3TB Barracudas HDD
1TB Baracuda HDD
700watt corsair psu
Roccat mouse and taito mouse pad
Cheap ttesports blue switch mech keyboard
Windows 7 64bit

Running a QNIX 144Hz Monitor mainly for CSGO and fps but runs maple buttery smooth. I have huge storage space for movies, tv shows/anime which is all redundant (learnt my lesson).

Also running a 4 year old i7 8gb ram laptop
And old hp DC7700 SFF I got off my local school for 20$ (specifically for maple)

@cannoneer: Well the good thing about AM4 is I can get a mobo now and wait and see how Raven Ridge ends up. Probably just end up getting whatever 2400 ddr4 kit and a generic m.2 sata ssd. All AMD really has to do for me is equal the broadwell architectures performance and it'll be fine for everything.

@twopointonefour: I've used a few before in really low-end builds. They're impressive for the price - especially when paired with a supported card. I'm just not a fan of using 'em for anything more than a decent rig to get by with because you're limiting what upgrades you can add in the future. Also, once you start budgeting over, say, 100 bucks for your processor and card you start seeing diminishing returns and you'd be better off going with a CPU that can better utilize its cores and a more powerful discrete card. Sounds like you've got a good plan for yours and what you need it for, though, so good choice. Probably saved you a decent amount.

@cannoneer: Should be good. I'd probably get an APU though, just for mediacenter use.

I built my computer for high end games and rendering. Maplestory doesn't even change my temperatures from idle aaaand most importantly of all, Maplestory is still unstable as ****.

i7-6800k @ 4.2 (1.35) (Air cooled with an NH-D15)
GTX 1080 (Water cooled)
32GB DDR4 quad channel RAM (2800)
512GB Samsung 960 PRO NVMe SSD (M.2)
500GB & 1TB Samsung 850 EVO SSDs

A gif of my computer (before the GPU was water cooled though): http://imgur.com/D9dQ226

@cannoneer Hell yeah. Competition will put pressure on Intel price-wise and may put pressure on R&D to develop something better and more cost-effective. I welcome competition in a monopolized market.

Anyone else excited about AMD's Zen architecture? I've been waiting for them to get competitive again and I'm tired of seeing Intel and Nvidia monopolize the market. Competition is always good and AMD is running out of time, in my opinion.

I have 3. An old Gateway DX4860 (i3-2320, Geforce 9800GT, 16GB ram), a Dell Latitude E6520 laptop (i5-2520, 8GB ram), and my new Dell XPS 8900 (i7-6700, Geforce 735GT, 8GB ram). The Dells run Maple perfectly, and the Gateway would but its network card is on the fritz. The weak video card came in the XPS and I'm going to drop a 1070 or 1080 in it when I have cash.

Currently rocking:

i5-4670K overclocked to 4.0GHz (from 3.4GHz)
8GB of RAM
500GB WD Blue SSD, 120GB Samsung 850 EVO, WD Blue 2Tb HDD, WD Green 3Tb and external storage with 2Tb with possible RAID (not using RAID atm, so 4Tb from it total)
NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB

i should be fine with storage for a while, even tho just my steam folder takes like 1,8Tb

Alienware M15x , but when it comes to Maplestory you will lag & dc regardless of how many grands you spent on your comp . I always leave the laptop on and it runs fine except in hotter temperatures , despite what people say about them . Recommended if you can find it cheap

I have 5 computers, but I don't really feel like typing out all of their specs.

I have my main desktop that I built, plus 4 laptops for mules, though I rarely log on more than 2-3 chars at a time, so I only really have 2 of my laptops optimized for maple currently.
