I've tried circle lenses from a few places online, but I've had the best experience with ones from Pinky Paradise.
They're generally around $20.
Aren't you guys too old to be going trick or treating?

The limited times I've done this, based around The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, a place near where I live had everything I needed. I've only ever done blonde, which is my natural hair colour, so wigs weren't necessary. Like others said I wouldn't mess with contacts straight off ebay itself...only places with a well documented and verifiable background.

I don't cosplay but I bought my circle colour contact lenses from kpop2, they're really cheap ^.^
