I'm still banned, no reply from NEXON!
***Before this thread is in danger, please note I wasn't 100% sure what category this would go under.***
So I sent Nexon 3 Emails and 3 Tickets about my banning, all saying that they were one guy. (I sent the tickets through a temporal account)
Still after 2 weeks, I haven't gotten an email back or reply. So now I'm curious, how did you guys get your accounts unbanned?
Please LIST the procedures.

I'm in the same predicament as you are. I sent more than one email, and more than one ticket.
However, today, 3 out of the 4 tickets were "Closed by a GM", but the last one was unanswered and I'm still waiting for my account to be reinstated. I don't understand why they would have closed the tickets, but not have done anything about fixing my problem.

by not flooding them with your damm emails. more emails = piss them off = potentially have your emails blocked = no reply
Nexon takes a while to reply to tickets. Not sure about emails.
