Help me with my forearms!
I workout my workarms with weights about six days a week, one hour per day, JUST on forearms.
wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, and behind-back wrist curls.
Is that over-exericising?
And, despite ALL those workout, my forearm NEVER grows in size...its just the SAME EXACT size. It looks totally normal, not ripped or anything. its 12in btw
but...my forearm is crazy strong though...for example, if playing a wrist-bending game...no one can bend my wrist..i on the other hand, would kill him.
how do i make it look ripped? or bigger
**but when i flex it, it looks normal, but hard as steel though.

I didn't read anything past the first sentence, I can already tell you don't give them enough rest.
well i just want my forearms to took alittle defined...
its just like a completely normal forearm, no bumps or anything
well i workout at home for forearms, and all i have is a 30 pound barbell =_= so..i just do lots of reps, usually 30+
and in the week, i go to the gym for 2hrs to work on other muscles, on Wed and Sat. Such as chest, bicep/tricep, delt, back, lats, etc.
as for legs, i walk home 3 days a week from school with my bookbag (2 giants binders and 3 huge textbooks..yea), its a 3 mile walk i believe.
You should not be working out the same muscles for six days in a row. You should not be working out for six days per week, either. Five at the most.
