Dilemma with Nexon(Paypal)
Hello Basilers!
I was wondering if any of you, paypal users, have experienced an issue where your account has been blocked due to Nexon giving you refunds of your payments. Sadly, it has happened to me, and if any of you know what I can do to do fix this ASAP. Thank you if you could help me with a solution to my problem! Bye bye Evolving Ring. Nexon really screwed me over.

You could. Since I already had a Paypal account, I just used that instead... Ughh...trying to find their mechantising number and e-mail... I don't even think this'll be resolved by today..
Im perma banned from buying with paypal too for being 'european'
Sucks... I only used paypal to spare the embarassment of going to a convenient store and buying NX Cards
Uhh as far as I am aware nothing your perma'd from using the Paypal service
